I agree it will be an immediately effective change via a new version of ACP20 & IBN.
Based in that either there will be legacy arrangements for those already 18, or no immediate negative change to them and therefore can be implemented directly.
If the change is you can be a Cadet or CFAV at 18, it just opens an option for those already 18.

We’ve just been told these upcoming changes have now been delayed, so any cadets approaching 18 will still need a DBS for the foreseeable.
You sticking with the £5 or are you wanting to double…

But know of us know that is the change from Monday… so why would we already have stopped doing DBSs
Weren’t we told to continue any that had already been started, but not to initiate any new applications?
We’ve not been told anything - no official has reached Sqn level yet…
Willing to bet some squadrons out there have no idea it’s up and coming…

So are there any comms on changing this change to not being a change so it can be changed to being a more appropriate change anywhere?
We’ve not received anything via email and the now 3 different places where messages are left to be passively found aren’t showing anything new.
