On my course they checked everyday that you were in full uniform.
This really winds me up. What possible benefit does that have, and how does that lead to trusting working relationships. Weāre all adults for Godās Sake, if it has to be in uniform Iāll dubiously accept that but making you stand up to prove youāve got trousers on is how you might treat 5 year olds, not volunteers taking their time off work to attend a virtual course.
I would agree, but as it happens on my course a staff member needed a little advise on getting one or two items to fit correctly. So as it would happenā¦

Yeah. Iāve not seen it but I think they took a screenshot of us all and are using some technical wizardry to put a photo together so it can go on the ATF wall.
