On which device? They have both been added as separate accounts on both devices.

So for me, I have the generic account on my phone, but it’s added as a shared mailbox. No password needed. Maybe that’s causing you problems?

Has anyone had issues, where you update SMS with achievements, and the cadets aren’t seeing it on Cadet Portal.

I’m about to update some from a course so I can ask?

I’m not sure if Cadet Portal only shows things they can get badges for? I don’t think they can actually see a full list of their qualifications like we can on SMS. I’m happy to be corrected though, it’s been a while since I’ve looked at Cadet Portal.

Its several shooting and radio badges.

Some are silver shot, but only showing as Blue.

Even when updated a 2nd time and left a few days for the electronic gremlins to catch up…

Do they also have a blue shooting badge? Just trying to figure out if it’s just not showing silver or is showing the blue instead.

Could it be that the “new” shooting badge system hasn’t been implemented yet on the system? (I have no idea, I’m just theorising)

Is there an issue with Bader? Currently can’t access SMS, I just keep getting a redirect error? Have tried multiple browsers both in standard and private/imcognito

Working fine here.

Drop a email to your Bader poc, usually caused by the account getting unassigned.
Annoyingly when a workflow completes it unassigned the account.

Well, I’ve been using the snco role account for 10+ years with no issues logging on to SMS and mail until tonight. I also had the training account but have handed that to a new member of staff recently. Not sure why that would affect my snco account?

So your role of Training Officer is now with someone else and I assume you will have accepted the role of Sqn SNCO within VP

Yes, I accepted it Tuesday, was able to log on to the snco role account Tuesday and Wednesday morning but then had the issue arise when I tried to log on last night…

So I reset the OC account, and still had issues receiving notifications and new emails in both that and my 100 account. Reset all 3 accounts.

Today I removed the OC account to try and add as a shared mailbox, but it’s not letting me and saying I don’t have permissions (I do, I added myself permissions years ago). Now I can’t add the OC account back as a separate account as it just goes in a loop, and I can’t add it as a shared mailbox as it doesn’t think I have permission.

Anyone got any ideas? I’m not going to try the helpdesk as it will be months before they reply as it’s not a widespread issue.
