50% is the best out of the 4 surveys, the big one is the unit survey where we have about 38% at the moment and ideally want that number as high as possible.

Thought about opening it up to all CFAV to ensure perspective is captured from those who/want to actually deliver the training?

I have not seen the questionnaire myself but feedback from some OCs is that it references the Fieldcraft manual and they don’t have time to read that before filling in the questionnaire!

Fair enough, re-reading my post I think it comes across as a bit of a dig at it which I didn’t mean it to… Its purely an idea to gain further more rounded feedback

Yeah, I got the sentiment and it’s something that was discussed in detail but I think the rationale was on how to manage the data that was received as there is going to be a lot to sift.

Maybe once a series of proposals are made a vote system for the preferred proposal similarly to the TRF situation a few years ago

This is not a democracy, we are a uniformed youth organisation.
Besides all previous votes have been roundly ignored.

Except for the one about the TRF which was designed in here and then adopted following a public vote.

I would say that will be something to do with the account they are logged in with as we’ve had no other reports of the link not working.

One of the guys on SSIC this week asked about PTS and badges for FC and got a direct No from the Comdt. The whole syllabus is going to be overhauled but FC is something that will stay. Modelling and AC Recce I think will be on the chopping block.
