Local horses for courses
Guidance we have been given is 3 staff for Bubble 1 - so you still have 2 if 1 is needed to cover an emergency/hospital etc.
Further 2 if you have a 2nd Bubble - and massive real estate which is probably not many of us 
Had mixed messages as to status of Staff Cadets - are they Staff or Cadets hmmm
Although the stricter rules are annoying I’m forever glad I live here rather than in England.

Realistically I can’t see any sqns in Wales being able to open before Christmas now.

Who ever gave you that guidance realises that you don’t have to have all staff in bubbles, right?
If your spare from bubble A needs to cover some emergency from Bubble Z then you’ve most likely cross contaminated the bubbles. just keep a couple as floaters, not involved in any bubble, but getting on with other sqn admin.

I refer the Honourable Gentleman to the answer I gave a moment ago…
Seen a Sqn Liverpool way that due to tier 3 lockdown their Sqn can’t open as planned.
Wonder if that’s a local or regional decision
Or as above, just because the staff don’t want to risk it. Just because Boris says it’s still okay, I can understand why people might be worried.
