I issue both currently to femalesā€¦ Only because Iā€™ve never actually been asked by a male for a skirt

You are either scaled as an individual for.

Male x1 trousers
Female x1 slacks and x1 skirt.

Reality is if a female cadet wants to wear trousers they can if a male cadet wants to wear skirt or slacks they can.

They must just conform to EITHER female OR male dress regs. You cant mix and match between the 2.

Itā€™s just clothing at the end of the day!

Well regs are regsā€¦so it is what it is at the moment.

You can feed dress reg suggestions via your WWO through your Sqn Chain of command.
