A new medal has been created.
The Humanitarian Medal.
I for one think this is an excellent move and well about time.
The reasons are obvious.
It will allow for wide spread recognition of Govt orgs such as the NHS afyer times of immense crisis… e.g. covid 19. A bad flu pandemic. Etc etc
It will allow for seperate recognition outaide of the state honors system.
Thereby allowing more to be recognised.
A good move.
