Yes she does and - say it quietly or it could be career ending - she is willing to change her views in the face of evidence and a clearly put argument.

Well, I asked questions, all got answered and in detail. Seems all questions were well answered without any umming or arring.
She is great. If she can do what she has set out to do, this will be a massive step up for training/PTS. Itāll take a long time, and she clearly knows that given the timelines.

To be proper about it, Wg Cdr Jill Matterface. Believe she spoke at the first Townhall as well or Iāve certainly heard her speak before and I was impressed then. Tonight has solidified my positive view of her.
There are certainly elements of this organisation that seem to be heading in a positive direction.
I actually believed her offer to receive messages directly with suggestions and that she would consider them sincerely. Not a feeling that many have given me.

Wg Cdr Matterface spoke at the Sir WO Conference in Jan, ive been bought in since then. clear concise thought out direction of travel is always good

Her attitude and persona reminded me a lot of RC North. Seems properly interested in what sheās doing, and wantās it to work. She trusts CFAVs and wantās them involved with the process and she was very open about everything, especially when answering questions.
id rather this than some ambiguous IBN that makes no sense
The thing is, tonight was great, but there were less then 400 people there. So a lot of people will miss out on such positivity, which is a shame.

In my defence, the timings donāt work for me. I do watch back though, as I hope others do too.

To be honest, I got really put off by the Townhall that TK did talking about over 18s. It was a briefing with loads of information that I just couldnāt process. He was reading off a script at about 10 words a second. It would have been better as a text document. So I sort of fell out of the idea of these Townhalls.
The way they did it tonight though worked well. Quick run though with good slides, then spent a long time on the Q&A talking though all the immediate questions.
I do think an improvement would be to have a briefing sheet put out before hand though.
