i had to smeac brief this scenario it worked quite well actually
The issue is that you canāt really include your plan in the brief, as your plan will generally just be ādiscuss the problemā.

Im aware this post is a bit old but for anyone whos lookinh through it, we did a scenario where 1 person would brief the team, and we would use SMEAC. The sanario was that we were in the military with sone tanks that were approaching. We had 15 minutes to make 2 mines that looked like the star of david out of cones. We were each assessed on our leadership skills. It was quite nice but i can imagine there being way more amusing scenarios out there
