It’s really hard work - the Prezi makes Teams run exceptionally slowly so interaction is difficult. I’d really struggle with more than the five cadets I had. My Wing is planning on running a massive one though.

You can still update their SMS record with the awards so they still see their progress in Cadet Portal 
I know it isn’t as good as a physical badge but it is something!
(I also appreciate that you are probably already doing this but this post is just a community reminder!)

Yep, done! I suppose the badge popping up on their ‘My Brassard’ is the next best thing!

I’ve made my own spreadsheet but yeah it would be handy if sms did it automatically.

Are any Wings completing CWO / SNCO / Officer boards virtually at the moment?
I think that’s the plan in my Wing at least… a group of potential officers/SNCOs are meeting once a week (ish) on teams to continue with the ‘expand your potential’ course, with a view to have a teams board with OC Wing.

Ours are certainly doing CWO, not seen any details of the other ones, but we’ve got nobody going through the process so aren’t getting the details. If they’re doing CWO then I’d assume so.
