The last I heard they said not to contact to follow up on remuneration/travel payments. Has anyone heard anything/had any pay for FY 13/14 yet?
Noticed I’d only had a payment for one day so far this year which was for Mon 1 Apr 13… Nothing since…
To be honest, I’ve never had to follow them up on payment, it only adds to their workload. They’ve never failed to pay me, despite some minor delays.
One of my staff keeps getting remuneration a through; currently I’ve had none but our WgExO made us aware there is a 4 or so week delay on top of normal operating times.
I’ve just had a day through which I believe will have been for 19 May.
I’m still waiting on a 3-10 April Easter camp F80. I’m aware one person has had their remuneration through last week and our forms were submitted at the same time.
I’ve not had a sausage paid so far this FY, and have several pay claims outstanding.

I got a travel claim through last night (well the slip at least), but not the pay that was claimed for the same weekend, and submitted at the same time.
Do they have two different offices processing the claims?
Either way, I hope they hurry up, I’ve got about 8 days pay pending plus my HTD for October to March :? I need that money!
Just had 4 claims paid in. Just one to go!
at one stage I was told there was a 6 week backlog due to staff shortage and the new tax forms they needed to do.
however, at that stage I had 2 days outstanding by about 16 weeks.
Last week I received my week’s money from Llanbedr in May…
I also received payment for a camp which took place in May last week.
Anyone seen any RIAT 13 pay yet?
i heard on the weekend and was told it went in on Wednesday…although neither i or he have checked our accounts to confirm this…
…nothing hit my a/c yet .

I know the feeling. I heard all the ‘you shouldn’t be in it for the money’ but when you have a business and you sub contract so you can participate in ACO activities it would be nice to get the promised payment within a reasonable timescale.
However I’m less forgiving over the travel as than is money out of our pockets for the benefit of the ACO, and 25p is nowhere near the true cost. Even 45p (Gov HMRC rate) is right on the limit. I do claim the difference back from HMRC but that the following tax year and normally paid by tax code adjustment.
Months waiting is very poor…

As for the pay office… down to 1 inexperienced member of staff and no external recruitment.
