Flying Scholarships

Not Flying Scholarships, but for anyone who has the hrs (or who know of anyone who is interested), here is the latest recruitment tranche for NetJets Europe, my previous employer.

Applications close midnight 16 Jan.

Happy to answer questions by PM if anyone is interested.

Transport, living and food costs are covered by a £60/week subsistence allowance, which probably wouldn’t cover it

I can’t find too many details to hand, but Singapore Airlines currently has a pilot training scheme open.

They do say you’re paid an allowance whilst training, which would suggest the scheme is funded.

(I’m away next week on a trip so a bit of an early reminder)

The Air League Scholarships - Flying and Gliding - open on January 29th

Looks like this year they have a Full PPL on offer from Anglican Flight Centre / easy PPL Groundschool (Handy if you’re located around that part of the world)

Cotswolds Aviation Scholarship has just gone live for 15- 18 year olds. (Few T&Cs such as location - please check before applying)

Particularly important based on yesterdays news regarding ACPS

I’m hoping to apply again, however they often have a caveat that you can only apply once per 12 months AFAIK, so will be interesting to see if that is still the case.

Can confirm, they explicitly state that applicants from last year can apply for this opening too - no need to wait 12 months.
