I hear you. When I get wee niggles, it reminds me how good I had it when I didnât have any niggles, but didnât appreciate it at the time.
We do need to say good luck to @OC.1324 taking on the iconic Great North Run tomorrow (which is live on the BBC, donât forget, in case you want to spot an ACC regular).

What an event.
I got swept along until mile 11 making some great progress, then suddenly I could feel myself grinding down as that long incline started.

Unfortunately, following this morningâs run, itâs quite clear Iâve done myself some damage.
After about a mile or so, it felt as though the top inside of my calf was being stabbed by live electrical wires each time there was tension through the muscle.
What I also learnt, however, was that thereâs no-one more oblivious than a London pedestrian.
