Refuse to book any hotel that doesn’t have a gym :slight_smile:

I also, religiously, try and take my running kit with me on any work time away.

Sadly, I don’t get offered a hotel at all on most of my travel atm, let alone a gym :upside_down_face:
But yes, I’ve got running kit with me

Ive just realised - so perhaps this is more of a GMG than fitness chat… but you can see less and less progress data on Strava unless you pay for premium

What about joining PureGym on their main membership? You can access other gyms across the country if you do so, meaning you’ve always got somewhere to shower.

This seems to be getting more and more common with apps. Sort of a bait-and-hook/freemium system. Get people into your ecosystem at a low cost or for free. Then once you’ve got a good userbase, start charging for features that are currently free. Slowly add free features into the paid bit. Eventually the ‘free’ part has very few features.

I keep seeing this happen, and it’s very annoying!

New Balance M860 in 4E width (shocked to see 4E widths in stock). Given how rurally I live, it’s gonna be fun trying to keep them this colour!

2 or 3 road pairs ago, I had some Nike Zoom Structures that ONLY came in all-white with a blue tick.

Trying to keep them white reminded me of being back in basic training and trying to keep my Silver Shadows at inspection standard…

I’ve been fully converted to Hoka One One; just bought a third pair of the Challenger ATR version.

Excellent, comfy and don’t wreck my knees.

I’ve had them before and initially loved them, but I found my calves disagreed with them on longer runs and have come to the conclusion that I need something with less cushioning.

The above is from 3rd Nov, 2 weeks ago.

Today’s (19th Nov - 6 weeks in) looks like this:

Net loss 10.6kg
Percentage loss: 10.8%
Current BMI: 28.7

Still on keto, still tracking daily and still feeling good.
