Max is also on 11 penalty points now, one more for a ban.
Should’ve been a black flag and when they didn’t do that during the race it should’ve been 4 points to ban him next week instead.

No excuse for just driving straight into another car.
Part of me thinks, different driver different penalty, and that max has avoided the DW & race ban to maintain the F1 product, wouldn’t be great if the defending world champion wasn’t racing.
They knew that 3 points wouldn’t be a ban, and that 4 would be…. This isn’t the first time drivers have gotten to 11 points and conveniently avoided a ban.
