Shame about Hulkenberg’s penalty… I think this needs a rule change with the sitting in the pitlane / crawling out pit exit
I thought they already did make that change? Or was that only effective on track, and they can still delay in the pit lane? (Just not in a tunnel 
)

Better late than never?
There have been many controversies this season where things have not been penalised.
As harsh as I think the one for Oscar was, I’m glad they were consistent.
Hopefully it carries onto next year.
