Then I understand why the rules exist, as I can imagine many ways jewelry could get in the way, and also weigh you down, as all those watches and rings Hamilton was wearing must weigh him and the car down alot, which may be why they aren’t doing so special this year.
A couple of rings, earrings and watches are not why Mercedes are underpowered and porpoising.

But Mercedes and the other teams are also the once who make the zipper handle out of fabric rather than metal to save a gram or 2, so I’m sure Hamilton can part with his accessories for a couple of hours. And I am not totally ignorant and know weight is the sole factor of their performance.

During a race it’s a nose piercing that he’s still wearing, takes the other stuff off.
Yet so exciting, they all seem to be having a bit of a struggle at times

With a nose piercing, even though Ive never had one, I can sort of get. As I’m sure he wouldn’t want it to heal which is very possible in such races.
From some of the things I’ve heard it’s a permanent piercing? Didn’t even know that was a thing. So he’s apparently saying it can’t be removed.
Im sure a crash could have the force to potentially remove it for him

I’m still here working out what happened to K-Mag at the end there… Went from like, 11th to DNF I think

Indeed, I was just willing him to make a mistake.
Excellent recovery from Lewis though and George doing some good defence against the red bulls.
Does seem there worked out their issues.
