Yep, another DNF not going well.
Different issue than last time too apparently
Was good to see Merc seemed to have improved
McLaren too

Made a great call with “it’s gonna be wet let’s swap Alonso for Ocon” I’m my fantasy team!
The Haas teams latest Instagram post is great!
The memories
Lol Haas do seem to have a good social media team.
Got a chilli in the oven, slow cooking, in time for practise 3, then it should be ready to eat after the first quali session
Pizza’s just finishing off here.
Got a nice evening of Motorsports, FP3, W Series then F1 Qual.
Aaaand Ocon’s gone and thrown it
Indeed, I’m expecting we are going to see a few spins there. Carlos did the same yesterday
That car looks ruined. Might have to move Ocon off my Fantasy team
I swapped him out last race i think.
Could be a interesting race with the way some are struggling
And he’s out of Quali too
I’ve seen that the FIA has made rules on what drivers can wear in terms of jewelry, is there a reason to this or is it just for some publicity and so the driver can rebel and show how they stand up for themselves and everyone else?
Looks like I’m back to double Ferrari on my fantasy then!
They are not new rules, they’ve been around for a while just haven’t really been enforced in F1. I was listening to a podcast earlier where they were talking about it and commenting on a Formula E driver who had been given a penalty for wearing the wrong underwear.
I think the drivers protesting are just trying to make point that there might be bigger things to worry about than their underwear or certain items of jewellery. However I do believe Lewis was maybe taking the proverbial for the press conference wearing 3 watches, 8 rings etc.
They are my constructor, but a spread of different drivers.
Safety and injury mitigation.
So I presume if these rules didn’t exist loads of drivers would wear jewelry while driving as well? As I thought the protests was about them not allowed to wear them off track. And I’ve worn jewelry off track and haven’t worried about my safety.
