Anyone happen to know what the currency expectation is for minibus on MyDrive? My competency has lapsed but I’ve driven a bus a few times earlier this year so wasn’t expecting it to lapse.
Its 12 months but you need to log and load the evidence into my drive, whatever you drive, and then the currency will update to 12 months from that day. As I understand the hub review the evidence to allow it to continue.
So if you did the training and got the competency signed off on 4th July 2024, then expiry would be 4th July 2025. But you drive the minibus for rememberance day and log it on my drive the expiry would update to 5th November 2025. Just make sure you attach some sort of proof to the activity in My Drive and you shouldn’t have any issues. Let it lapse or can’t prove you drove with 12 months then you need to go through the training again I beleive. Only exception to 12 months as far as I can remember is car which is 3 years.
Hmm, that’s why I’m confused as I drove a bus in April this year but the competency has lapsed. And included evidence (I e. A scan of the ATUD)

I’ve had the same thing, so now I just revert my competency to draft every time I upload a new ATUD, to make them renew it properly…

So got this sorted today and the solution was as @Jacques suggests - revert competency to draft, upload ATUD and resubmit.
Apparently don’t use the system to log drivers hours and upload the ATUD to actual activities as that screws up the dates or something. So, don’t use it as it’s clearly designed to be used…
