I just wanted to say that Dashy! has been super useful to me as the Wing Shooting Officer and looking to both deliver events but also plan based on actual training need.

This is super valuable for activity that has various pre-requisites and I can copy the CIN from SMS and instantly see the WHT / Shooting Badge / HIP / CIP / FA without having to download 5 csv files and manipulate them.

I’m also using it to target eligible cadets (& staff) so we have an LR shoot coming up so I can identify all with Bronze shot and then ensure they are aware of the opportunity - for staff coming along and firing if they already have Bronze makes them eligible for the K qual - so really important for me to facilitate future delivery.

Can anyone advise if it works on IPad or if you then need to go thru onto perhaps Safari?

Currently I’ve loaded and can’t see anything using Chrome to now activate in Volunteer Portal

Will check on Laptop as well soon but a step forwards it seems

I’ve been told you can’t have Chrome extensions on iOS / iPadOS, as it would be considered side loading.

Please let me know if you find otherwise.

How to Get Around It

  • Third-party apps: Browsers like the Orion Browser bypass this by supporting web extensions directly from the Chrome Web Store inside iOS.

don’t know if this will work as put a search question on Google Gemini….

I’d possibly stick to laptop first..
