Oh how I would love to see that for say 3 months. Give all the CFAV 3 months off and they then run two parade nights a week nationally for each sqn as they currently do, delivering worthwhile lessons etc, with break out rooms for each Gp Capt / Wg Cdr / Sqn Ldr. Looking back they could have done this during the lockdowns because they are employed and the CFAV as we are not employed could have put our feet up.
It would be easy peasy because they seem to think we have plenty of time to do all the admin etc and do the activities.
