Scouts have just announced internally all activities and meetings are suspended from tomorrow.
We don’t need a generation of kids with names that edgy.

Remember a number of these will be the sort of people who name their kids after whoever win so called talent competitions, so anything is possible.
What exactly are teenagers going to do of an evening if all these clubs, societies, groups down… oh yeah, prowl the streets and spread the disease that way. Whilst tying up police time and generally causing misery.
Will be even better once the schools close.
Maximum stupidity.
Let’s face it though. The majority of our cadets are not going to do that. I could possibly think of 1-2 in my squadron that possibly would, but even then they are good kids so I doubt the parents would allow it to happen.

Nope, three of the four leaders at #2’s Brownie group are health workers, the other is a teacher - out here in the sticks they are critical assets, they simply can’t be replaced. My 9yo won’t be walking the streets, she’ll just have to stay at home instead…
