Coronation of King Charles III

I agree, if that’s what the criteria turns out to be and cadets qualify, good for them!

But, knowing what our leadership is like, if this were to be the case, there would be gnashing of teeth and concocted reasons why cadets were not eligible!

I’m actually hoping this happens, just to see what the outcome is!!

If some CFAVs should object to cadets being recognised for being selected to assist in honouring King Charles, maybe they should be looking at themselves in the mirror and ask themselves the question, ‘Am I in the right organisation for the right reasons’?

As mentioned, wait till those in CoC don’t meet the criteria and start kicking off

I’m SW, I believe it’s 5 cadets per Region :man_shrugging:

I’m working the event in my Tunic so that will be nice.

Sounds suspiciously like someone who subscribes to the mantra “there is no risk if there is no participation”

Think about the size of the PME form that would be required

Is it safe to assume the Met have been informed?

Given the reputation of the MET right now any guarantees they have informed the right ppl though?

Would be safer not to tell them there are vulnerable people around

I mean… He’s 74. Odds are there’ll be another coronation in the not too distant future…

With the longevity of the Windsor family?

If he makes it as long as his old man we may get a silver jubilee medal to restart these debates

Yes but what about the longevity of RAFAC?

Well if HQRAFAC can reduce the organisation to just them, then no risk no problems and no pesky CFAVs, their ideal world for evermore.

Sadly. Probably not.
