Thank you very much, i am still trying to get to grips with all of the abbreviations but I suppose that will just come with time or is there a list on here somewhere?

Abbreviations will come.
They’re just a way of demarcating those ‘in’ and ‘out’ of the in crowd, like any jargon. Richard Holmes used to do a good talk on this. Uniform ‘fashion’ works the same way (what, you still wear a shemagh? Eugh!)
The one I like to deploy to catch out the unwary is sService (‘single service’). Useful in a CCF context…
