I have found out that it has been for all MoD activities for over a year. As usual the SLT of RAFAC were seriously behind the curve on this.

So we’ve now been told that all adults must do Module 1 and all adults who will be in positions of command where there is a risk of heat illness must also do Module 2. I only see module 2 on ultimate though (Lessons 3 and 4). No module 1. Also, what about if we’ve already done it on DLE; Do we now need to do it again on ultilearn?

Send WHQ your certificate and say you won’t be duplicating the training.

I don’t think I ever saved the certificate when I completed the course :grimacing: But I’ll have to have a look. Maybe some screenshots showing the course as complete might suffice.

Login to Defence Gateway, go to DLE and then under My Courses in the right hand menu you should see the heat illness prevention course. Select the module and you should be able to get the certificate :slight_smile:

Is anyone else having difficulties accessing these courses on Ultilearn? Just won’t load at all for me (not really surprising, its ultilearn but just curious if its a wider issue this time)

I’ve not tried, but what I have seen as mentioned above is module 1 is completely missing, only module 2 is on there.

registered on Ulitlearn, wont work; used the link from above in this thread able to do Mod 1 and Mod 2 on DLE - took about 3 hours.

So due to RIAT successfully raising the heat injury stats there is now another form generated on top of the normal accident form, glad their RA was so successful on coping with the heat whilst everyone else heeded HQRAFAC dvice of stay in doors or cancel :thinking:
