Not quite a PRU… Perhaps a pre-PRU. An opportunity to reflect and modify their behaviours and avoid the PRU all together…

Previous MOD experience. Current or previous experience as a uniformed Cadet Force Adult Volunteer or as a member of a Cadet Training Team.
How can someone who is an ex army officer suddenly become an SME on the Tri service cadet forces with little or no experience beggars belief. It not even an essential requirement for the port. People with little or no experience of what the CFAV actually dose ends up in making running the organisation.
