So wexos policy wont change. They will only allow those who hold a NAMED bader account to send in docs.

In essence all documentation required to complete a BPSS/DBS/PVG must be sent, by the
applicant, by email or post to WHQ staff. Whether sent by email or post this information is
sensitive personal data so must be sent by secure means.
Where secure email is used this is be a BADER email address
I certainly wouldnāt be sending all my personal info via the general account, which unless youāve got a bader account assigned to you, is your only option.

Nobody should have access to BADER without a BPSS. Meaning, by the IBN, no one can email their BPSS documents and they must be posted. Lol.
My paperwork had to be resubmitted and took 18 months - was only completed when my oc reminded hqac my predecessor was dead and therefore no longer in postā¦ I now advise everyone to keep copies/scans/pics of everything sent (expenses receipts, everything), and email as well as paper. From wing, I now also see numerous cases where ocs think the candidate has sent stuff, or are waiting for things to reopenā¦ I offer to courier docs, chase appointment backlogs regularly, and have approved/witnessed docs online by wexos agreement - but only for renewals, where someoneās known. I try to keep busy with other stuff, otherwise this would make me scream! And donāt ask me about transfers, in my experience you might as well just eat itā¦ Hopefully the new IT will help with some of thisā¦! I suspect hqac prioritise oc appointments, as that enables other admin to flow?
