They have an employed hard of CCF, that person sits on the Command Board and is outranked by all of his ATC colleagues and now by an ATC volunteer.
If we truly are one organisation it’s not unreasonable for all members of the Command Board to be of equal rank.
The only issue I would be unsure of which I’m sure one of our CCF contributors might be able to shed some light on is, what are the ranks of the CCF Army and Navy equivalents? Would making Wing Commander CCF a Group Captain to have equality in the RAFAC cause inequality in the CCF?
I’ve avoided playing the B1 card so far (although have come close) with cadet things. But have played it a couple of times when dealing with Army Legal Service talking out their behind (the natural starting position for ALS below Lt Col) when dealing with them at work.
Interesting how the E grades have been removed, previously E grades were deemed to to at SNCO level. Don’t think SNCOs liked being aligned to clerical grades
