Yeah like once every year if that

I haven’t tied one in years as I wear a short sleeved shirt year round, I’d rather be cold than wear a tie.

Errrrrr, if a tie gets to the stage of needing washing, it’s time for a new tie!

What do you wear for remembrance Sunday?

Do you know how hard it is to get a service issue tie!?!?

This is what happens when they serve soup in the WOs and Sgts mess…

You see. This sort of thing just doesn’t happen in the Officers mess.

Because we wear bow ties and dinner jackets at meals, like civilised beings.

And bibs?

We don’t need bibs. We cannot be trusted with cutlery so it is served to us by SNCOs

Here comes the aeroplane “whoosh”

Clip on. That’s what my OC as a cadet did. Used his police clip on tie.

One Wing Activities Day, I saw a WO spot a cadet wearing a clip on tie during the inspection…

He asked the cadet to remove it, he then threw it on the ground…and using his WO svelte figure promptly jumped up and down on it.

This was several years ago of course.

Do I know them

Just FaceTime my parents, seems they stocked up the booze for the cancelled large family gathering and that my Mum has drunk it all to herself! Literally made zero sense from anything she said. :joy::joy::joy:
