You know what really makes me laugh?

‘found’ damning evidence?! There’s been some pretty damning evidence all over the news the last few weeks :rofl:

House of Cards (the one with Ian Richardson) excellent documentary about Westminster shenanigans…
So why does anyone feign surprise when stories like this come to light.

Which is a load of cobblers, they are far more interested in their own careers. Plus that s the way it’s always worked, money and infrastructure will always go to marginals and to those who the Government wants to keep onside.

Well if you’ve got Skeletons in your closet it’s the Whips job to know about it, for exactly this reason.

It’s called Politics.

Oh, really? When was the last time a politician threw a budding journalist off the roof of the Palace of Westminster to secure their path to Number 10…?

(Apologies to anyone if I’ve spoilt the end of a series that was broadcast when I was less than a year old )

Boris was happy to plot to beat one up. I wouldn’t put it past him to kill one if he thought he could get away with it

There’s a phrase I very recently came across - out of the US military - that gave me a chuckle and an eerie sense of relatability.

It was “Orders that reek of air conditioning”.

Perhaps not, but we would never know. The general goings on it though yes as they reflect what happens in the word of work for those who are bothered about being ambitious and all to ready to sell their souls.

Cadet comments that it must be cold because I’m in a jumper rather than just short sleeve shirt. Yes… It’s the cold, nothing to do with running out of time to iron my shirt

That’s what greens are for surely?

I was indeed Mr Corbin. I even did a Windsor knot (though not sure I could tie a half Windsor anymore)

I’m trying to break the stereotype of CCF only ever parading in greens.

Video doing the rounds of Anti-Vax nutters in a Manchester Vaccination centre being evicted by Police.

Nutter “You’re a public servant and….”

Cop “Let me stop you right there, I’m a crown servant not a public servant and they are very different things, now as I’ve said leave or your getting locked up for aggravated trespass”

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Update on the P*SS in boots saga, advice from the WRMO, who also had a fox pee on some trainers, was to try a specific cat pee remover. One Amazon click later and it was here.

Two coats today, and they’re actually allowed back in the house again.

Although, they are looking a bit worse for wear having been left outside, dried on a radiator and doused in odour remover. Next step is to work some dubbin in to restore the leather a bit. But, I think they may live yet!

MML: Trying to explain Limewire to a judge, and just giving up.

Those were the days. A week to download an album over dialup only to find it was another bloody virus.

Which court was this in?

Crown. Police found some erm, extreme videos in a limewire file dated 2010,

I also never understood how people got caught with the viruses, it was so easy to circumvent.

All you had to do was search what you wanted with the words out of order. I.e. searching for ‘album Metallica black the’

Any hits that came back ‘Metallica, the black album’ were usually legit. Hits that came back “Album Metallica Black The fast download, full file” were obviously ■■■■■■■■!
