We have 5 new starters, and although we did well on the covid retention, we are really struggling to get newbies through the door!

We are getting on average 3 enquiries a week on joining, all held on a waiting list as we just don’t have space / staff for the numbers who want to join. We have 18 currently going through 2 x T-Flights.
Have done no recruiting other than maintain an active social media presence which seems to be where they are all coming from via the RAFAC find a Sqn page.
