Got the Brio trains out, and for once, the 3 Yr old and the 1 Yr old are playing nicely together… See how long that lasts?

We have 5 new starters, and although we did well on the covid retention, we are really struggling to get newbies through the door!

South London, and don’t ask me how I’ve managed it because I’ve no idea. We’ve done no active recruitment or advertising, just maintaining a social media presence.
Pre-Covid my intakes averaged 30-40, getting into schools was the key.
I think that counts as a city

We are getting on average 3 enquiries a week on joining, all held on a waiting list as we just don’t have space / staff for the numbers who want to join. We have 18 currently going through 2 x T-Flights.
Have done no recruiting other than maintain an active social media presence which seems to be where they are all coming from via the RAFAC find a Sqn page.
