I went upto Glasgow the other year with work and had a deep fried pizza, it was glorious.
I’m very tempted to try a Wigan Kebab if I’m ever unfortunate enough to be in Wigan.

Chicken parmo is bread crumbed chicken deep fried with tomato sauce andbbechamel sauce… Cheese on top with other topping such as pepporoni or pulled pork then grilled to add crisp

Yes! I only discovered these a couple of years ago but I’ve discovered a local restaurant) takeaway does then so being having perhaps 1 every 1 or 2 months in lockdown. My arteries probably don’t love it but so so good!
MMH - 5 day weekend (had yesterday off too) although GMG not being able to take full advantage of the time off! (Sorry I know that’s a separate thread!)
