You know what really makes me happy?

Not happy with the egg to sausage ratio though.

Next challenge - triple sausage, triple egg?

I think you might need to check the thread title.

It doesnā€™t hold its integrity with extra egg, goes all over the show.

More sauce! If the grease and sauce doesnā€™t dribble down your chin and ruin your shirt then whatā€™s the point!?

Just tallied up the piggy bank after doing the 1p challenge! Canā€™t complain!

New running shoes. :running_man:

Any recommendations mine are almost dead

I had a specialist shop do online gait analysis and then they recommended pairs that would suit my running style. I can PM you the details if you want?

Please do

I am massively impressed with my Hoka One One Challenger ATR 5s.

Like running on pillows. Super comfy.

In July when I got ā€œbackā€ into running i got myself a pair Of Brooks Adrenaline GTSā€™s - no complaints after 6 months and 350km (according to strava) and no joint pain thus far

Iā€™m toying with the idea of starting the Cosford 100km on Monday.

Donā€™t know if Iā€™m being stupid or not!

I started back in Lockdown 1.0 and overdid things causing myself injury (#idiot) - so once I was fully recovered I started off with 3km and increased by .5km every month. Currently 5km, 3 times a week - ill plan to up it to 5.5 in Feb. Hopefully get myself into a fit enough state to partake in some 5/10km fun runs and Niji/Deathmarch (if they go ahead)

(That increase from 4.5 -> 5km took me 2 months, not too sure if that is a mental thing because its now a 5km run or not though.)

@AlexCorbin Whatā€™s the Cosford 100km?

100km over Jan

Hahaā€¦ poorly asked question on my part but a quick look on Cosfordā€™s book of face page shows the link to sign up - similar to the RAF Museum 80km in 80Days, but tougher!

Last running MMH for the day - New PB 5km (sub 25min!)

Those idiots are getting scarier.

Always a laugh especially when they defend themselves in court. Even better when they try to make a complaint against Police, they get really upset when itā€™s pointed out that Police Conduct is governed by statute.

We just got a lovely PAP letter challenge to the latest Covid regs. As expected plenty of references to ā€œThe Magna Cartaā€. The medievalist in me wants to point out that you donā€™t need ā€œtheā€ there as point one in our response. We will also be pointing out that the High Court exists in its present state by virtue of statute, and highlighting that if statute doesnā€™t apply to them then they canā€™t avail themselves of rights through a statutory body without seriously undermining that argument.
