I have reached my education threshold I think. The amount of stress I did for this distance learning is not worth the next level.

FWIW, my experience so far is that masters is a little less stressful.
It’s a struggle to juggle with the day job, but it’s do-able and I already understand the basic concepts, aiding comprehension.
Like you, I’ve no intention of going on to a PhD, but a masters could actually be easier to be obtain than you think.

I haven’t given it much thought, there is also the price ceiling. Aware I can get ELCAS etc, but the only reason I could afford my degree was that it was free through work.
Could be something for after your move; Scandinavian countries don’t charge tuition.
For citizens. And by then I’ll be 40.
I don’t enjoy education, I can’t sit down long enough to take it in so it’s a mission to sit and commit to it.

MMH. Local Government Reorganisation has been signed off. All the pain of the last 6 months has been worthwhile… Now I’ve got 18months to work out how to disassemble a County LA into 3 unitary’s without loosing any functionality, knowledge and experience… and ensuring all 3 are up on running with appropriately trained staff and new software on 1st April 2028… given procurement pipelines are normally 12 months, it won’t leave a huge amount of time for data migration or staff training. Fun times.

Nah, when you split it into the unitaires, make sure you give 2 of the unitaries very similar names - to the point where most people don’t even notice the second one exists 
The number of websites (even central govt ones) that miss my authority off the drop downs is a proper GMG. It’s caused problems with official things a worrying number of times
