Iāve got a CI we havenāt seen in 3 years and Wing want me to do the ānot attendingā Pers Forms, but they never signed the Staff Agreement so HQAC shouldāve already thrown them out.

More guerrilla tactics to deal with pettiness & stupidity, at work they have placed 1 in 3 seats out of use in the mess room to enforce social distancing despite being happy for us to drive about in a van of 7 people.
We have therefore placed all of the ādo not useā chairs around 1 table and are cracking on with the rest.

@pEp if youāre going for watersports, take a butcherās at Lomo in Glasgow. Top stuff, decent prices - they sell a lot of stuff to centreāsā¦

Oh donāt worry, I already own most of Lomoās shopā¦but thanks for the advice. They are great and very helpful when Iāve had to call them on occasion.

You know what really makes me happy?
The new Senior/Master Airmanship lessons - although clumsy to download the instructor version on a mac from sharepoint, as ultilearn seems to give me a broken linkā¦
The material is much better than a standard powerpoint, I think it looks smart, the content is engaging and they have even embedded some videos too. The workbook is great, in the same way that I think the Leading workbooks are great.
If we are moving all classification lessons over to this format I will be very happy.
Now to sort out a printed supply of workbooks to squadrons!

It certainly feels like we are heading in the right direction
I was involved in the production of the new material, and really pleased to hear that itās been well received! 
Ultilearn is being āfixedā at the moment so that courses close properly. As much as iād like to move over to a new system itās all we have at the moment and this should help get it working at bit better. The side effect of this is to access anything new users have to refresh their cache/delete their history. After that the course should work.
I canāt promise anything, but I know printed copies of the notebook are being looked at as an option.
