The QuickBooks advert where they are advertising that do finance stuff. It really really annoys me that they say they are there 27 hours a day, 8 days a week or whatever it is. I don’t know why it annoys me so much but it does. Possibly because it’s like well I wouldn’t trust you to do my numbers if you don’t know how many days a week etc there are. Even though I’m guessing that’s kind of the point.
Anyone else got any adverts that wind them up?
My partner has to mute the stupid new Dominoes advert.
It’s highly irritating.

They have a pre-roll that is 4 minutes long. The worst part is the very first line is “Hey guys”. If my hands aren’t free in that moment to hit skip it’s really annoying - a couple of different 30 second ads I can deal with, but I neither need nor want to listen to the equivalent of a full video, before my video.
Because of that ad, GMG that I can’t find a way of marking ads irrelevant on YT like you can on other sites.
The advert or the muting? I’ve only heard the ad a few times but it was already fairly irritating.
Urgh, that sounds very annoying. Can you mute it though so you don’t have to listen to it at least?
It’s skippable, which doesn’t help much if you’re just autoplaying your way through while doing other things.
Also, I’ve noticed that on YT music, there are full songs that run as ads.
Just, all adverts.
Proper child of the BBC here, can’t stand any ad.

I gave up on broadcast TV a few years back when we painted the living room and I accidentally severed the antenna cable.
I had it put back, but never got round to buying the cable which links the TV to the wall. And never looked back. With the Xbox, I can watch everything I want to.

I’ve been through a few over the past couple of years, eventually they keep failing.
The last one I tried sometimes skips to the end of the video itself.

The Numan adverts and ones for ladies itchiness etc, who on earth would have thought these would become pre-watershed or anytime TV advert material, when they are trying to stop food adverts.
