There’s a man with experience.
Someone needs to revisit first class cadet training.
Mrs Farmer will not be getting a LCpl promotion anytime soon
Has milk first written all over it though
Nope. Milk second. She forgot I don’t like as much as she has in her coffee
Amateur Beverage Handling Test defer then
I have a PowerPoint for that.
Share…my NCO team need remedial training prior to returning to Sqn
So, you are teaching them how to make Earl Grey + slice of lemon?
God no! I hate Earl Grey.
NATO standard, of course.
GMG - Having to brush snow off my car in mid April. WHY?! I do love snow, but not unexpected snow
I’ve suffered the delights of probably thousands of cups of “Nato Standard” - it has to be said that the standard varied markedly from vaguely coloured water to industrial strength concoctions that you couldn’t leave a spoon in for too long - it would dissolve!
When travelling anywhere - really annoys me - when they are using a large teapot (such as British Airways) & not taking out the tea bags when the tea has brewed to the correct strength. It means that very quickly after the first couple of cups are poured out, you get stewed tea - the last few cups are undrinkable.
I started to drink black tea, especially as for some of the locations we visited, the quality of the milk was very dubious. Later on, my dentist recommended putting in a slice of lemon - it soaks up a lot of the tannin & reduces staining on the teeth.
So, Earl Grey is very suitable, especially when made by a pretty flight flight attendant (or handsome one, depending on your point of view). One minor advantage, unlike tea / coffee with milk in, it’s still quite acceptable / refreshing to drink if it gets cold.
I dunno. I find cold standard tea rather refreshing.
Anywho, the Powerpoint on making hot drinks is in the drive under training.
Certainly better than ISO 3103.
Management trying to implement new methodologies and not communicating or training the business people 🤦
As a member of RAFAC, you should be well used to such an approach!

Heathen.
I went away with work for the first time when I was 18. Not knowing any better I thought that Earl Gray was just standard tea.
I put milk and 2 sugars in the cup…
