So how will help us in cadet world? The majority of staff do t use it their day job so are t interested in using it in their volunteer world.

I think it could be useful for Wing/Region based teams to keep track of each other. But generally I think it would be more useful for real work. My training programme already covers this.
Though as I say it does look like an interesting tool in general, but I won’t be using it for cadets.
