Working Together

With the current cuts to available resource, particularly camps/ranges/training areas, as less open on weekends and cadet forces are lower priority. DO units interact with other local units from the other cadet forces and make use of their skill base and resources that can be accessed, to deliver the cadet experience to the highest level.

I particularly link this to CCF (All Sections)due to the massive resource most schools tend to have due to their private status. Particularly where ATC staff have specialist qualifications that are transferable to all cadet forces.

Of course we do all of the time… In fact there is even an organisation set up (and funded by the Government) called Youth United which exists specifically to help organisations work together on a local (and national) level.
