Just wondering what wing funds actually cover. Some wings are sitting on 10’s of thousands…. What is it for? Why don’t they spend it?
I know of a wing that has over £100K in the bank
Why? Spend it on the cadets, up skill your squadron staff. I don’t know, actually spend it on the cadet experience. Is that such a radical idea?

I wouldn’t mind but they have had North of that figure for at least a decade so it’s not like they are saving for some big event.
