Wing field day

Hi, im a bit stressed out about the wing field day coming in just under a month. I nedd advice for they day, and if anyone gas any details, or what its like to be there. Would it be a massive building or just a small one. Is there anything i should remember? A list of questions below.

-whats it like?
-what happens during first aid on the day?
-any experiences?
-how many squadrons would be there?
How many events are there?

If anyone has a name of the place it would be great. Any additional experiences or tips or anything would be incredibly helpful.

Wing field days are all different, which Wing are you with and then there might be someone that can add some more context.

all wing field/activity/training days are different depending on how your wing runs them. main advice is talk to people outside of your own squadron! make new friends and enjoy the competition (if your wing has competitions)
