silver or brass? simple clasp or MOD plate? Can we have badges on the MOD plates etc.

If you go by the illustration on p151 of AP1358C (which I recommend that you do) it will be a white courlene belt with white courlene sliders and a simple, brass “quick-release” buckle.

Simple brass buckles are the correct choice.
