When will 5 AEF start flying?

Does anybody have any info on when 5 Air Experience Flight will start flying cadets again at RAF Wittering?

Last information was my “unofficial” source was “early in 2018;” “early” was not defined.

I will seek an up-date.

Yeh, Not for a while now :slight_smile: looks like us cadets just got shafted by babcock… oh the de ja vu… have we been here before?

Would that be the same “early” as “mid” and “late” we’ve heard tell of?

My hopes will not be raised until I get a list of allocations from Wing and they don’t get called off on Thurs/Fri.

I’ve heard for a couple of folks at Wittering that operations would be starting April 2018, but, so far, no slots have been allocated so its looking unlikely.

Let’s not forget this is the ATC and they will send out snot mails in the middle of June that no one has turned up in April or May. Regardless of the fact no one had told us.
