I tend to ping the parents of all cadets that have signed up to an activity with an email outlining what it is and that they’ve signed up to it - expect a TG Form. That way they can ask them about it as sometimes things get lost in bags etc - also creates an opening for further parent - sqn comms regarding said activity, which can be a blessing or …
