Seen this on youtube whats the cuff rank? Is it an OC thing[Uploading
Link? Piccie??
If it’s on the cuff and isn’t barcode, then (assuming it’s RAF) then that narrows it down to WO or MAcr.
WO (RAF)
MAcr
From my previous post whats this cuff rank
Do you have a link to the original video, please?
It was a Senior Under Officer (SUO) at the RAF College. One per squadron promoted from the Senior Entry along with 3 or 4; can’t recall which; Under Officers (UO) who wore Pilot Officer braid. The SUO/UOs would have disappeared with 101, the last cadet Entry, in March 1973.

Edit to add: Flight Cadet in this case, not officer cadet related.
To complete the picture, all Flight Cadets wore a white disc behind the badge on their beret or a white band on the SD hat. They had rectangular gorget patches on the tunic with a coloured central stripe to indicate their squadron: A Sqn red, B Sqn Yellow, C Sqn Blue and D Sqn Green. The penultimate entry (2nd most senior) had a small gilt crested button on their patches and the senior entry the same with the addition of gold lace on the edges.
