What's the correct way to address a Mayor? (female)

I possibly have an upcoming virtual Cadets Mayor interview and was wondering what is the correct way to address a female Mayor?
I presume it would be ‘Ma’am’, but i just wanted to make sure its not something else, more specific.

Ma’am would suffice

Yeah Ma’am works. I was mayors cadet to a female mayor and she never complained so something must’ve been done right
