They don’t like us letting cadets wear them. It is mostly a paperweight. I suppose that does make it useful in some way. 
Not sure if the requester is active on here, but they need to clarify their request before it will be considered. See the update on the WDTK page.
It would appear that a few private vendettas are being fought on WDTK.com, some of the requests are particularly stupid and clearly wasting a lot of HQ time and effort.
