Whilst there’s a lot of issues with the photo, I’m not convinced he’s a Walt.
There’s a video on the Facebook page which shows him being escorted out of the barracks alongside someone who appears to be a legitimate member of the Household Cavalry. He wouldn’t have been inside if he didn’t have some credentials.
How else can you explain a WO without any medal ribbons, and badges of rank that were outdated long before the 5-year qualifying periods for the platinum jubilee and coronation medals?

It looks like a “normal” area where members of the public can go (within reason) & be alongside for photos?
Not entitled to it - brevet looks wrong (too curved on the upper surfaces of the wings) & placed too high above the pocket top. No medals - would have Ben entitled to several. Old style “Tate & Lyle” WO insignia.
Looks like he has a partial tattoo showing on his right hand = would only have been permitted about 18 month’s ago.
Couldn’t get enough definition to see if cap badge was King’s or Queen’s pattern. 
EDIT - another video does suggest coming from a non-public area.
Uniform - no buttons on tunic lower pockets, colour of tunic top & trousers looks different.
Dress standards - goatee beard = a big NO. Oh, no gloves.

I’m inclined to be agree with this, if you want to comment do so where it has been published elsewhere.
There is no association to the RAFAC, so why are we discussing it other than to be keyboard warriors and abuse a person we don’t know and can’t offer any response to any of the points raised.
