What plugin is used to provide the signature functionality?

meta.discourse.com can’t set signatures, so I’m guessing that it’s provided by an external plugin. I ask because I’d like to be able to poll my signature via Discourse’s API, so I’d like to ask the extension authors how to.

This is probably one for @DJRice but a quick search and this one looks to me in the same format that’s on here. As in the text used in the settings menu is identical at least. The Git repository is here I think.
