I saw this patch on a fieldcraft camp Viking dose anyone know what it is? It was on peoples bush hats.

Yes, but it’s for wearing on bushhats or on rucksacks.
It doesn’t go on uniform.

I was never a fan of that. It was strictly a barracks thing (otherwise you ended up double-belted with your webbing), in which case I preferred the stable belt over jumper look.

because we only get 1 belt issues I’ve ended up wearing my pattern 58 belt on my trousers, very swag
I recently re-acquired a ‘58 pattern belt, too — after originally being issued one in 1996, but exchanging it when we got PLCE.
